1-Net Singapore Pte Ltd, Principal Partner of National Day Parade (NDP) 2013, has successfully delivered live and on-demand streaming of NDP on 9 August 2013, at The Float at Marina Bay. This is a collaboration with Conversant Solutions Pte Ltd as a Technology Partner, who used SwiftServe’s global content delivery network (CDN) to ensure the optimum viewing experience on any Internet connected device.
The National Day Parade commemorates Singapore’s independence since 1965. Though many Singaporeans are working overseas, they are still able to share the joy of celebrating the Nation’s 48th birthday over the internet. 1-Net’s webcast services ensure optimum viewing experience on any Internet connected device for everyone to view live NDP, regardless of where they are.
The live-stream was delivered to an audience of tens of thousands of viewers in 84 countries, most notably in Singapore and other countries include Australia, USA, UK, China and Malaysia etc.
