Data Center Corridor is an initiative to interconnect any Data Centers with diverse connectivity for enterprises and service providers. 1-Net’s DCC leverages on multiple carriers to ensure that customers network connectivity between Data Centers are delivered over the best-performing connection.
IP Transit/Internet Connectivity
1-Net provides customers a zero mile, multiple ISP for internet connectivity. The bandwidth is acquired based on our customers traffic pattern and different submarine cables diversity. The IP transit infrastructure has built-in redundancy.
24/7 CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICES
Our experienced customer service representatives from Customer Support Center will provide round the clock monitoring of customers’ assets in our Data Centers and escalation when required.
