We are pleased to inform you that our Customer Portal is live on 1st Feb 2017. With this online portal, authorized customers can raise Service Requests and create Incident Reports at their own convenience. We would strongly encourage all customers to utilize the Customer Portal instead of submitting hardcopy forms.
For other Service Requests not available on the customer portal on the time being, please download and fill up the required service request form before sending it to email@example.com
Our Customer Support Center is 24/7 on service and all requests will be acknowledged upon receipt.
